I found out by reading this post. I have no problem with abiding by the rules but sometimes it seems like the rules are applied in a somewhat capricious way it seems to me. Acts-celerater

Acts is more like the folks on the S. S. Minnow. Every time it looks like they are going to be delivered from their misery - something always leaves them marooned on Acts.

I believe you as administrator have the power of proverbial justification on this site - that is, you can remove all trace of sin and unrighteousness. So perhaps the better path is that you wash away every trace of the same initiated in this thread by my hand.

Dave has unfortunately once again fallen into his pattern of ripping folks new ones that didn't deserve it. It was good to know the new and improved Dave, even of it was for so short of a time. The old just cant seem to see the humor in things - which Tom was pointing out. (Sigh)

Almost everyone. There are a few that were left on the list because they had usernames that attempted to be similar to the username of another poster, and a very small handful that were left on the list because they are known reprobates. Very Happy

Apart from that, there is one gentleman who we are still considering.

I wish I had thought to send an email to everyone who was removed. That would have been very smart, but unfortunately, it didn't occur to me.		 [Insert Acts Pun Here]

Just don't bring back anyone that posts the same thing over and over, fills the board with continual threads that say the same thing, and, most importantly, doesn't listen to anyone refuting their postings - and is generally condescending to those that disagree with him.

The suspension of said individual hasn't been long enough in my opinion. Wasn't he allowed back in and didn't make it more than about a month the last time? I'm with NBF, I like the ones that might have been controversial from time to time, but at least they had a broad range of subject-matter rather than one dead-horse, we can just re-post his last 100 posts in a single thread and won't be able to tell whether he is back or not.
