Syrians converting to Christ should stay there, not come here. |

A fantastic post by Nick Park, shares that numbers of Syrian refugees are seeking information about becoming a Christian. He gives some examples of former Muslims who have become pastors. Again, that is wonderful news. http://www.actscelerate.com/viewtopic.php?t=83983
Europe needs them more than the U.S. does. In spite of there being a leaning toward more secularism here, church attendance in Europe has plummeted to about 2 percent. The people there have walked away from Christ by the millions. Islam is moving into that vacuum, mostly by immigration and not conversion.
Anyone coming to Christ there, would have a beautiful and needy place to work for Him. Europe needs a new surge for Christianity and if it takes refugees for that to happen, God bless them.
Nick did not say converted refugees should come here and no indication he did, is made here. However, just because someone comes to Christ, does not mean they should come to the U.S. They are needed there.
That is my opinion. What's yours?

If they convert to Christ and come to the US, hey, I hope they Calvinists, cause Calvinists can't backslide.
Imagine what could happen if they git here an then backslide? 7 more demons enter in an you talk about fanatical radical Islam........................ |

Ain't much need to "hope," Ole Timer. If they Calvinist, they'll come here if they predestined to come here. |

Converted refugees don't stand a chance at survival. They will most certainly be killed. |

OK, that sounded crass, I don't want them to be killed, but we don't know God's will for them. Certainly martyrs are one way the gospel has been spread and something that the barbarians understand. I don't want it to come to that, but if it does I pray for their strength and steadfast resolve, and that through them, the world will be transformed. |
