 Personal update for those interested--unpleasant |

I have been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer--adrenal cancer. I know there are differing opinions on whether God always heals if there is enough faith, and I'd rather not entertain that discussion at this time.
God has dealt with me on a lot of issues during this time, particular pride and jealousy and just turning things loose.
I am also having struggles right now with suicidal thoughts.
I love you all. If I have offended, I apologize, but I may not be reading much of the forum, so restoration may be limited. Let's leave that with God. |

Bonnie - You are loved and appreciated. Please talk to your doctor or your pastor or someone you trust about the suicidal thoughts. That is not you! Those thoughts actually could be coming from medication.
I'm sorry you are dealing with all this and the cancer diagnosis. Please don't give up. God will give you grace as you walk through this. Please let me know if I can do anything to help or encourage you. And please know you will be in my thoughts & prayers.

You are loved. And, you are not alone. I’m praying for you as you face this battle. When you face it, God is facing it with you. I’m thankful for you and the years you’ve posted here. You have been a blessing so many times. Big prayers for you in the days ahead. |

I know that all that you do is perfect and there is nothing too hard for you and that things impossible for us are easy for you! We lift our precious sister Bonnie up to you and ask that you touch her as only You can. That she might have Grace and strength in her time of need and once again know you as the lifter of her head. Help those caregivers around her that they might do and say those things that are of you. Surround her with your presence and cover her with your love! For the sake of your precious Son and in His name we pray AMEN! |

Bonnie, thank you for sharing your plight with us. May we all embrace this suffering with you as the family of God.
One suggestion.......I have done allot of research on the pros and cons of chemo-therapy. I strongly lean towards the anti-chemo view. I encourage you to seek info on alternative/natural treatments. Personally, I think chemo is a money making scam.
You are the second friend in the past 12 hours that I found out is suffering with the scourge of cancer. You are being lifted up in prayer.
