I think this type of discussion is good. i wish my system would allow me to hear and understand ALL that is said. But what I heard and got. I like it.

I realize this is a different format that street contact, but still good.

Yes, it is. Too many of us don't really understand how they feel and we jump to conclusions. This helps.
