I don't brag too often, but this new song was written by a friend of my son's on the worship team, his first song! Incredible!! You'll want to turn it up at about 3:00 in.

Thank you. I listened to this all day yesterday with my family. This was the live recording from Sunday morning, the guy wrote it the week before. I'm sure it will be on their next album. It really moved my spirit and gave me a better attitude yesterday than I've had in a few weeks 
Its an AG church, one of the big ones in Texas. Pastor Scott Wilson is a gifted preacher and author too. We just went there one Sunday while we were looking for a church home and found ourselves hooked. I'm 4th gen COG and have family at the very top of the organization, but this is where God has us for right now. Its a college town like Cleveland, SAGU is the big AG school (hence the young people leading worship). |

Very cool. I live in Lakeland, FL, home of Southeastern University, also an A/G school. One of our members, who holds COG ordination, actually is a physics professor there. A lot of college kids from the church have attended SEU.
Great song. Great musicianship. Love the semi-hollow guitars and the slide work the lead guitarist used was tasty (can you tell I'm a guitarist, lol).

Very good song! That blessed me. Thanks. I spent a couple of years as a student at SAGU many moons ago. Looks like God is moving in that fellowship! |
