Congrats to Britain on their Independence! |

June 23 2016, British Independence Day! Yes there will be a brief economic downturn but an independent Great Britain is good for the world. One less head on the Hydra.
This was some of the most fascinating TV I've watched since the 2000 Presidential election. |

Yep, now if the Southeast, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming would do the same! We would have energy independence, food resources, and good southern gospel

When (not if) Texas leaves, many smaller states will gravitate towards a confederation with her. The center of power would completely shift from the northeast to the southwest. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

I'd vote for it, I've been signed up with the Texas Nationalist Movement for a long time (never gave them money though). They are very excited right now to say the least. I don't see it happening soon though, the Texas economy is too good for people to be wanting a major change like that. Britain ran mostly autonomously until about 15 years ago when the EU really kicked in so they are much more ready for something like that than Texas is. We'll see, maybe a Hillary win will be exactly what it takes! |

The EU is not the EU without Great Britain.
My IRA and 401K are a little lighter today...but I believe they made the right decision.
Funny they all voted to get out.
Why can't we vote to get out of NAFTA? |

Bernie and Trump both want out of NAFTA, Hillary loves NAFTA. If the Bernie fans would see that Trump is more like them than Hillary is, maybe Trump would have a chance. I do expect to see Trump hitting NAFTA and big banks pretty hard. |
