Would any COG people be upset |
aprilmay2.0 |
If the HQ gave away the Pathway Publishing House? or gave part of it away?
Just wondering if that scenario presented itself, how it would be received.
We could give it to North Cleveland COG and they could use it for ministry. Or the Pentecostal School of Theology or Lee University. |

Probably split down the middle. Some would want it sold and monies used for plants. But I think the Location (if I remember right) lends itself to stay with the denomination. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

I was there a few weeks ago to buy a load of song books.
Looked desolate to me. _________________ Charles A. Hutchins

I think you may be confusing the Publishing House with Pathway Bookstore. Maybe? |

The publishing arm of Pathway Press is still strong and vital. However, there is no longer a need for the massive printing press machinery that used to fill massive space in the basement of the Pathway building. Leadership made the wise decision years ago to outsource the printing of most materials. Like most everything else, digital technology has changed the dynamics of printing. What used to take several people and 4,000 square feet of machinery can now be done by one person at a computer and a printer that takes 10 square feet. Also, "ready to print" technology makes printing one book at a time as economical as printing 1,000 books.
Pathway is well. I know they appreciate everyone's concern. |

This is correct. My book can be ordered on Amazon and each time, they print one book and send it out. The days of printing hundreds of books, unless ordered, is over. And yes, I wrote a book. 😂😂 |

And they are VERY fast at it. I ordered Eddie's book for my Kindle app and Amazon printed it and downloaded it in under 10 seconds!

WOW
Dat's fast! _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
