I was not going to vote for McShame, but his choice for VP candidate(at the time, not now) was a deal maker for me.
Voting Trump for me would be like biting into a green persimmon. I did that when I did not know better. I was conned.
If he has a good solid VP candidate, I think I can pull the lever(darken the circle for Trump. Although, I must say it may end up much worse than eating a whole tree full green persimmon.
I will not fault anyone for not voting for "the Trumpster" though. |
You kinda hit on my reasoning for being so reluctant to vote for him. Turning a deaf ear to what everyone has been saying all along, voting for him anyway in the primary, then expecting the majority that told you not to do it, to back your play? Its the tail wagging the dog. If he had a clear majority, then I could think about gagging that persimmon down. |

Neither.
I plan to vote regardless. However I will vote 3rd party, Independent, or write in.
There is always a bit of pragmatism involved I'm sure, but (for me) principle is
the far greater concern when deciding who to vote for -- especially so when
dealing with the highest offices.
I suppose I've quoted this several times before as an affirmation of such an approach,
but it seems only fitting to do so again.

and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your
vote is never lost." -- John Quincy Adams, 6th President _________________ Poimen

Even though I am not a fan, I will cast my ballot for Trump without even thinking about it. _________________ Recorded Sermons @ www.pastorwiley.com

I would love for Dr Rand Paul to jump in as the Libertarian candidate. This is the year to, at least, make a strong showing that could bolster the party in the years to come. The Republican Party is broken. Most people are Libertarian but don't have the guts to vote that way. Dr Paul and a strong VP could wake up the Libertartian Party. |

Rand supports religious liberty, not just some vague, abstract "Christian principle". _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Yep, Libertarian, not authoritarian, exactly the opposite of Trump. And I will vote for him without hesitation if he runs independent. I'd consider it with any candidate, but if its Trump, then its a no-brainer. |

Funny, that's exactly what the majority of the voters have been saying to the Trump minority for a while now. |

If we get two votes, I vote for Trump twice. I always vote absentee. so when I die my ballot will still show up. Imma instruct my sons to vote for me, making sure it is against Hillary.
I enjoyed hearing so many folk complain and moan about Obama. Now I guess I will continue reading and listening to the conspiracy theories of now Hillary will declare herself Queen and take all our rights. Your health care will go up to $3000 a month for full coverage but college will probably be free. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

Everybody has an opinion. Here is what is obvious. Trump has successfully divided us. If you think people stayed home with Romney, just wait until Trump is the nominee. I won't stay home but my integrity (I try) and my love and respect for women will not allow me to cast a vote for Clinton or Trump. |

I am not a Trump supporter but there is no way I am gonna sit out and watch Hillary watlz into the Oval Office. Christians sitting out last time is what put Obama in the White House.
I guess many of you would rather let Hillary appoint the next Supreme Court Justice. |
You are exactly right, that is what I have been saying. |

I don't think we should allow a blow hard to divide us. Trump has capitalized on the negative feelings many republicans and democrats have toward government. He is saying what most of them want to hear. I agree with much of what he says, but I believe he is a charlatan. He may not be, but my beliefs are based on the historical rather than the rhetorical Trump.
Trump is also very authoritarian. This appeals to many. An authoritarian leader would be Ok if we had a congress that would reign in a leader that went too far. We do not have this now. We have people in congress who refuse to lead. That will not change it Trump is elected. Thus the danger (imho) of Trump. |

From the looks of these posts and comments we are sure to get Hillary. I will be voting for Trump not that one vote matters. The Democrats are so unified how could they lose? |

Obama should take lessons from Trump on how to divide a nation. trump has done more damage the last 6 months than Obama did in 7 years. |
