Praying for Trump |
Link |
Trump is in the lead and he could be our next president. I keep looking for ways someone else could win. It's possible. I do like Trump's boldness. I think his boldness and the fact that he projects power attracts a lot of voters. I like the fact that he wants to defend Christian and is against political correctness. But I don't know his political philosophy, whether it's changed enough from the past, and I'm concerned about the insults and bullying.
But let's all pray for the man, that the Lord will touch His heart and give him His agenda. _________________ Link |

Only prayer from me will be for him to come to his senses and drop out. |

Well Link, for a fact, Prayer ain't never hurt. I will be honest, I have never prayed for any of these politicians specifically, but I will.
Not a bad idea. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

Yep, about 40 woffies gathered in a private prayer session, with Trump present, an prayed for the ole boy. Paula White Cain prophesied over Trump. Kenneth Copeland prayed over him. It was one big collective "agreein under heaven as touchin any one thing" and Trump was the one thing. Look it up on you tube an you can watch it. Type in "Prosperity preachers pray for trump." |

Amen, amen and amen. Also pray for those who put this country over God's Kingdom and fall into the category of "even the elect being deceived." I am so sad for my friends. I never expected such a sellout. |

That explains the American "evangelical" vote in a nutshell. I wonder what the stats would show if you broke that down into denominations and sub-groups? |

Wrong on so many points.
The anti-Christ would be trying to bring America down and destroy her sovereignty. Trump is doing the opposite. Now he is talking abut going after the Fed. No wonder he is wearing a bullet proof vest.
The elect being deceived is when they support young Anakin Skywalker (Rubio) who obviously has been seduced into joining the dark side. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI

You have an extreme view of the importance of America in God's plan for the ages. I can't find support for that view in the Bible. God has used America greatly, but to think that is an eternal position in history ... |

I'm not the one who used the phrase "deceive the elect":. I was responding to Eddie. I was not saying God gives two rips about any of this. I was saying that Eddie's use of that phrase was not applicable to Trump. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

First of all, though Trump has held to some liberal positions in the past on social issues, is there any evidence that he has been a liberal activist on these issues, or would push a liberal social agenda once elected? No, there is not. I don't think he will even think much about all of that. What he will do is....
1) Make trade deals that actually benefited both the American worker and businessman.
2) Seal the border.
3) Do away with the anchor baby loophole.
4) Deport many illegals.
5) Stop immigration by Muslims.
6) Beef up the military.
7) Simplify the tax code.
8- Defend the rights of Christians around the world. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

You are sounding more loco by the day. Do you really believe that most of the Evangelicals supporting Trump adhere to the teachings of these prosperity pimps? Is Jerry Falwell, Jr a prosperity pimp? _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

You shouldn't make baseless charges against other Christians if you don't want someone questioning you on it. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |
