Hmm, I don't get why he singles out Rubio as being a 'woman.' He seems a bit war hawkish. He reminds me a bit of Scrappy Doo, except in that last debate.
The woman doesn't look like him, either.

Just a joke , no slam to anyone in particular , he just had a few of facial features that make it easy. |
