 What if Obama talked like Trump? |

| So its established that Donald Trump will curse like a "drunken sailor" (apologies to Pastor Jackson). I won't even hint at what he called Ted Cruz (ok, what he repeated and joked about someone else calling him). Its really sad and unbecoming of a candidate for the highest government position on Earth, much less an actual President. I am amazed at the defense coming from so-called conservative Christians. Silly defenses like "oh that's just what you hear in the 'real' world, grow up this is grown-up talk, etc.." I'm beyond sad about it (not about Trump, about the defense from Christian brothers). I'm downright angry because I know good and well what these same people would be saying had Obama said it, and they would not be forgiving or even very nice about what they said about him. Its pathetic. I was thinking that I could go ahead and vote for the man if he happens to be the only alternative to Hillary or Sanders, but I just can't. I have NO confidence that the man will do what he says he will. I used to laugh at those that were so outraged by him, now I have to apologize for that. |

Funny (not haha) that every president that I can remember was reported to be be pretty salty in his language away from the camera.
Just yesterday I read where someone asked one of Obama's aids what he thought about some subject and he answered, "Its on the list, you know the list that rhymes with Bucket."
And a book where The Lady Hillary says "Call off your -----ing Dogs Barack."
There are plenty more. I am not a TRUMP fan, if he gets the nod, I am not sure I will vote for him (but probably will). Just today I listened to one of his speeches, I took my time to hear it, He actually did a great job in the speech, I didn't see the wild faces the Net/Media always show.
I have known a couple ministers use these same words quoted of Trump's. Fourteen years as a sailor, I might be gilded. BUT I still do not like the language and I know it is not Presidential. The man is confusing, in his speech and actions.  
But to your post, if Obama used those words we would cruify him.
But he since he campaigned in all 57 states, I will let him slide. He probably didn't use that language when he was smoking dope.

Again, when in the business world has Trump gained the reputation of not doing what HE SAID HE WOULD DO?
No, I cannot stand the course language. But it stems from a passion to save America and from anger against those trying to destroy it. Call that "a brother defending Trump" if you want. But where is your outrage over the Bible thumpers who courted the church vote while bowing before the NWO? Most of the GOP candidates fit that description. I'll take Trump over them any day of the week.

I've heard preachers cuss when they get upset or when it fits.
How many of you have heard of CoG leaders who cussed in committee meetings when the agenda lagged or things didn't go their way?
Pres. Truman was known as the cussing president so this isn't a new thing.
Hey, you're not voting for a saint, you're voting for a guy (or gal) who will probably cuss just like a sailor ...especially when nobody is paying attention. At least Trump is who he is w/out being a phony.

Gotta say, in bankruptcies many little guys and some big guys get hurt.
Once a bankrupt mover owed me over $3000 and I got $2.75. The judge said we were even, I didn't feel like it.
Trump likes to say HE DID NOT GO BANKRUPT, that is pretty political.
I am not saying that would disqualify him, just agreeing with JD here, Morally, he did not pay his debts.

His corporations going bankrupt came immediately to mind, but I see other posters thought the same thing.

I had to look up NWO, which I assume means New World Order. You'd have us something concrete about what the 'New World Order' is and what bowing before it means for us to know what you are talking about. Are you talking about membership in a secret Illuminati club, along with the Masons, rock stars, the royal families of Europe, the Jesuits, and atheists who engineered overthrowing the French monarchy and taking monastic lands during the French Revolution?
His refusing one of the debates seemed to me to indicate that he's 'economically irrational.' He hurt Fox when it probably didn't help him. It took away attention from him, cost him important media time, and probably made a lot of voters think he was either acting childish or trying to act like a mafia don.
