I sat and listened to this today and came on here to post it.
I'm what you would call a pentecostal preach and love pentecostal style preaching. But hands down, this is absolutely one of the best messages on faith and trusting God I have ever heard preached. Wept and cried through most of it... God bless Andy |

Eddie, it was a great article for Andy. Very positive. That's where I came across the sermon. It took the clip from the end of the sermon where he told them they were scaring the kids.
It made me realize how powerful an impact Andy and his dad have had on Atlanta. It also convicts me that I have not had a more of an impact from my own life. God bless them both... |

Andy does have a great influence when you consider about 35,000 attenders in the metro and the affiliate churches around the world as well as all of the Catalyst Conferences. He is as solid as they come. He doesn't live in a mansion. He is frugal and sets a great example for ministers as well as laypersons. Another thing, he's just a regular guy when you see him out and around the community. I have told the story of seeing him coming out of Starbucks. He doesn't know me but he stopped me to talk. I had my granddog with me and he stopped and asked me what kind of dog she is. He wasn't worried about the people bothering him like some others we have discussed lately. He has sent me direct messages twice after I had tweeted something about his sermons. Again, he doesn't know me.
He's a good guy and I have learned a lot from him. |
