Not a vision, Link. The story as posted on Acts was in a church service where a person was prayed for. The story was told that the tumor fell on the floor, an crawled down the aisle, an out the door. The story was not told as being a vision, dream, trance, omen, apparition, paranormal experience, but the person literally seen it happen.
