General Assembly themes have about as much shelf life as whole milk under a heat lamp.

Mark Williams chose this theme. Didn't Mark write a comment bout ya new book, Phil? I hope at comment has more shelf life than whole milk under a heat lamp.

LOL...It is NOT about Dr Williams. I am just talking about the history of 'themes' for our gatherings. I wish we, as a movement, could/would all congeal around a common theme of mission, but we just do not do that. It is not about the theme maker, it is about the rank and file.

Old Timer - that was funny right there.

I guess Phil was upset Williams was all he could get to write a comment.

He should have got the Nature Boy to write one.

"Phil's salacious in-your-face, no holds barred writing style will have you captivated. The volume of previously unknown historical facts included in his book will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about this subject. Seminaries nationwide are clamoring for its soon release so they can add it as the prime textbook for their future class offerings. Buy this today.

Dr. Nature Boy, you need some similes in your review. You simply must say something about clabbered milk.
Maybe his ideas rising to the top of the conversation like bits of clabber in souring milk. Idea

Maybe in the US, but internationally things are often different. Earlier this year I was in a Church of God megachurch in the Philippines (15000 in attendance each Sunday) and the ONE logo from the 2014 General Assembly was the theme for the stage backdrop.

In Ireland we used the ONE logo and theme for our 2015 Camp Meeting.

I've already got my graphics guy to lift the GO logo from next year's General Assembly promo stuff and he's putting it on a suitable backdrop for our Irish churches to use next year.

Post OTCP writes an endorsement for Phil's new book Old Time Country Preacher
Yep, along with Mark Williams and Dr. NBF, the old timer has written an endorsement for Phil's book:

In his new book, Shift: Gearing Your Heart to Lead God's Mission, author and speaker Phil Underwood breaks ties with his earlier training at Rhema Bible College, emphasizing a balanced Evangelical missional approach. In the book, Underwood exposes the faulty hermeneutics and bizarre teachings used to indoctrinate him at Rhema. In a careful, verse-by-verse presentation, Shift reveals the true nature of Woffie (i.e., WoF) teaching, encouraging his readers to "do their research before embracing every wind of doctrine.
