Even a left-leaning mega-city is rejecting this nonsense when put to a popular vote. The liberal mayor pushed this law on Houston last year without a vote believing she had her ultra-progressive "mandate" and the Texas Supreme Court told Houston to repeal or put it to a vote. She chose the latter and was struck down by a 7 to 3 ratio!

Of course this was billed as some "equal rights bill". But the people saw the real agenda was to get trannies into opposite sex bathrooms.

Of course it will go to the Federal courts now because the left hates actual democracy and only talks about majorities when they "think" they have one and AFTER they get a court decision to reverse whatever the majority decides.

For the first time in my life I'm proud to call Houstonians fellow Texans. Laughing
