Post Epiphany, Aaron had one. I had one years ago about my wife. Cojak
Epiphany, a few years ago I was up late, working. I sat back in my nice office and looked out at my indoor pool. Feeling good about my success and good fortune I dozed off. I awoke to a realization, if it wasn't for my lovely wife of many years I would have nothing. It was a jolt, It was so real I felt a little sting of reprimand.
I stayed up all night thinking of the things that girl had endured being married to me, and stayed faithful and loving. Following me all over the world and not asking any questions. I fixed her breakfast and on my knees apologized for taking her for granted.

I have never forgotten that Epiphany, I am sure it is the only one I have ever had. Every day I tell her she is beautiful (and she is) and that I love her.

I still tell her without her I would probably have little or nothing, and I mean it. This month we will have been married 59 years. We have anything we want, and love, plus our Lord. I thank Him daily for that lady He allowed me to have, enjoy and love. And for her support.

One time I came in and cavalierly told her, pack up we are moving 1000 miles, I have a plan. We moved everything we owned (not much) in 24 hours and she smiled the whole time.

My daddy had that kind of wife, I hope he told mama how much she meant to his success.

I wish every husband with a wonderful wife, would let her know that.

I am going to tell you, you think about a lot when you realize you are OLD.
Smile And how fragile life is. Cool

Post That's good stuff, right there, Cojak! Aaron Scott
Amen to it!

If my wife every decided to not be in the pastoring business, I'm going to have to go with here, since I sure can't do it alone.

Aaron I have only been to your church once and it was evident your wife is a very strong part of your ministry.

And she did not seem to be the "take over" type. Just a strong supporter.

I think the two of you will do very well.
