TRUMP IS GUILTY - LET'S ASSUME |
FG Minister |
Let's assume, for the sake of my question, that Trump is guilty on every case being presented against him in every court. (I personally think he is guilty of a lot of the charges, but not all - but that has nothing to do with my question.) For the sake of my question and assumption that he is guilty - He is guilty of inciting an insurrection against the government, he is guilty of trying to get more votes through nefarious means, and he is guilty of trying to send fake electors to Washington to proclaim him president for a second term. IF he is found guilty on all these charges, WILL YOU STILL VOTE FOR HIM IN THE PRIMARY OF YOUR STATE?
Let's also assume you like 98% of the things he stood for and what he accomplished as president. You like his policies, even though personally you don't like his demeanor.
Please do not try to compare him to the Biden Crime Family - we all know they are all guilty. This is just about Trump. Will you support him in the primary - and for now, forget the general election. I'm curious about how much support Trump has among we Pentecostals even if he is fully guilty of crimes.
For the record, I am a NO. |

I will not be voting for him in the Primary. But that is probably moot. There are more than enough voters that will vote for him just like he said, if he were holding a gun standing over a dead body. I don't know if I can vote for him in the general this time. I'm on the fence. If he is in jail at the time, I don't think I can. Yet, maybe I would rather have a president elected from jail rather than one who's entire platform is to destroy our country. |

He will get my vote. He did not incite anything on January 6th. He did not tell them to break into the capitol. Police opened barracades and escorted them in. You can indict anybody for anything. Meaningless. What has he been proven guilty of? Everything has fallen apart up to this point. So far he is innocent of everything as far as I am concerned.
Dems cheated in 2020. Watch 2000 mules. I am afraid no GOP will be elected 2024.
Why Trump. Desantis is a limp fish. There has to be somebody who will stand against the swamp. He underestimated it 2020.
We glamorize King David. But lets put some context. David was a man of war. He went into cities and drug briars across his enemies in torture. He went into cities and killed women and children. Likely slitting the throats of children and infants. A bloody man for sure. But that is who they needed at that time.
SO yeah, we need a Trump at this time. If his tweets hurt your feelings, lets go back and talk King David again. |

I probably won't vote for him in the primary, regardless of the situation.
I will vote for the Republican candidate in the general election, because I won't sit back and let our current administration ruin our nation without at least voting to end their career as president.

I cannot stomach the idea of voting for Trump again, ever. He shows no evidence of ever having READ the US Constitution, and imagines the POTUS has “absolute power.” (He actually said that in a televised press conference in the White House). He’s been openly pro-LGBTQ for years, is an unrepentant serial adulterer who brags of sexually assaulting women ( “grab her by the pussy”). He has operated like a mafia boss basically his entire lifetime.
BUT, they say he’s “a baby Christian.” Right. And a man can become a woman.
I cannot stomach the idea of voting for a Democrat, ever.
Looks like I may have to vote third party again this time, if I vote at all. Living in a Democrat-supermajority state as I do, my vote doesn’t make a practical difference, no matter who I vote for. |

Kind of amazing how little these things mattered a few years ago isn’t it? His winning the election reminded me of some of the many church services I’ve been in that were nothing but emotional rhetoric. No substance, but boy did the crowds get whipped into a frenzy!
When I think of DJT the images of lipstick on a pig and leopards unable to change their spots come to mind. He is what he’s always been, and short of becoming born again, what he will always be. If people can honestly say he would be the best candidate for the Presidency, despite his past and recent history, then so be it. I’ll be voting 3rd party if at all. _________________ “Hell will be filled with people that didn’t cuss, didn’t drink, and may even have been baptized. Why? I voted with the Constitution Party in 2016, but had a temporary lapse in judgment in 2020 and voted for him. A mistake I won’t ever make again. |

And the Democrats and dem party are just as happy you voting third party. I’ve heard it firsthand from them. It truly is your business how you vote. It’s the nature of the beast. But this is another reason we will get a democrat President in 2024 that will be just as vile if not more. |

Guilty or innocent, I will not vote for Trump in the primary.
When it comes to the General Election, that's another matter.
Trump vs. Biden? I'll hold my nose and vote for Trump.
There is a real possibility, that a Biden reelection would result in a Kamala Harris presidency. _________________ Eddie Wiggins |

I think that is a fair position to hold. I am not a maga person nor do I wear maga or Trump things.
But I’m not going to allow a spirit of offense due to what a man says to cause me to get a dem elected Who embraces every unbiblical, ungodly ideal. |

What's amazing is that people in this modern, sinful world think that a real Christian rising to the top of the political world is somehow still a possibility. It isn't. As much as I don't like either of the 2 candidates, I have to vote for one that will give my family the best chance of living the way God calls them to, the Church the best chance to freely practice what it believes in, and society the best chance it has of remaining free to conduct business and prosper in our daily lives. The alternate choice is at least as evil and corrupt, and brings not only his personal evil, but the policy of evil forced onto the nation. A vote is a choice for preserving your own rights, not an endorsement of a candidate's personal lifestyle. That said, I won't vote for him in the primary, but I will vote for whoever has a chance of beating the purely evil democratic party in the general election. That, I feel, is my true duty as a father, grandfather, patriot, and Christian. |

Will not vote for him in the primary, I only can hope I will not have to make a choice between Trump and Biden...
I hate to think of 4 years of " I am going to get even, it is pay back time." Then next time it will be the Dems getting even.
I would like to think Trump could bury the hatchet and becomes a statesman, and leading our country. but that seems about as bad as thinking of voting for Biden and praying for his change of position....
This is hurting our country. This is still a great country, My prayers go continue for the leaders at present. I sure would like to see a miracle.
HOWEVER, I see Trump winning the primaries and giving us 4 more of Biden OR Ms Harris.... OUCH _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

I hope you are wrong, Cojak, but fully understand your reasoning, you are a smart guy. However, I think the government including our leadership in and around Washington are badly broken ! It’s got to get shaken up severely to change, and TRUMP can certainly do that. We have very corrupt politicians on all sides, and they have been in office TOO long. It’s time for the entire group to be fired! Not kidding! I’m even ready for my Republican friends and colleagues to go as well! It’s time for the farmers, shopkeepers, teachers, retirees, moms and dads to take over! Our country is in a deep trouble! ….and I can tell you this group is not going to fix it!
Lord, please help our country! |

I get that. I could see me voting different in the primary. Still, regardless of who the R is, I think dems will get 24. The "voting 3rd party" in the general election is a direct vote for Biden. My dem friends will tell you if you don't like Biden, vote Libertarian, don't vote or vote 3rd party. They would be happy GOPs voting this way. It is the nature of the beast for sure. |

In the end, I will vote for the most likely to win conservative, I will not allow the Democrats to slip “and split” that one in “for me”. I had to vote for a rhino congressman last time versus a very liberal Democrat! And I’ll do it again if I have to, but they are absolutely playing us. We have to get some good candidates- and the people have to support them!
“TERM LIMITS” IS IMPORTANT, IMO. This needs strong support.
The primaries are important to get these long time politicians out ! It is a somewhat rigged system that keeps them in. They all play nice around election time. However, TRUMP is a fighter and never gives up. Someone has to push change hard. It’s almost too late, I’m afraid. But I will never give up either, keep praying and fighting for America.
My father was a WW2 Hero, a Iwo Jima warrior, with many medals still on his memorial dresser. He and all Our great veterans fought and many died for this country. The least we can do is stand up, get involved and make our voices heard loud and clear! It can certainly be overwhelming, But nothing is too hard for the Lord and He’s got it under control! I am praying for revival and for this great country. |

Aaron Scott |
I honestly think he gets off on knowing that there are people who will believe him whatever he says and do whatever he says.
That being said....
I won't vote for Trump in the primary (I will probably vote for DeSantis or Pence--and I wish Pence could win, but I fear he is too tarnished with Trump). However, while Trump has hurt plenty of people with his cheating and lying and the such (and, yes, as far as I'm concerned, he probably did attack that woman who won her case)...the Democrats, if they have their way, will not just hurt, BUT KILL, many more (via abortion).
Nothing is perfect in politics. You simply have to make the best of it that you can. |
