Post Parable of the SOWER. Hardened Towards the Gospel News & Views

NOT A NEW STRUGGLE
As it is becoming more difficult to get people interested in the Gospel, it may help us to remember that it has always been that way. This is no new struggle. In the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:1-9), most of the seed sown, (75 percent) was unproductive for various reasons.

What does a farmer do to soften and prepare unproductive soil for the seed?
Water, cultivate, fertilize. We do believe in miracles, but MORE OFTEN, growing a crop or a church, takes much hard work. Some hearts, some families, some cities, SOME CHURCHES, are hardened to the Gospel.

THE FEATURED VIDEO: What caught our attention was the title and the nicely done graphic. Since our minister viewers are often looking for ways to improve their outreach, we felt possibly the intro graphic could be useful.

WE DO NOT ENDORSE everything the minister says in the video. We have not listened to all of it. However, possibly you can glean a thought or two. Run it through your grinder and it becomes your hamburger.
