sad in many ways. But on the other hand, how many days will it be before they use the SCOTUS ruling on equal protection to allow their polygamy ?? I'll set the over/under at 30, so by 10/15/15 you'll see the first law suit filed in federal court to allow polygamy. I can't wait, not that I believe its ok, but I want to see the chaos it brings.

This might be revelatory information for you, Ole Timer.
I've heered tell in places like Mongolia where resources is skeerce an all, a couple a men will share one wife. At way, they cain't have but so many young'uns. They ain't enough food an all for a bunch a young'uns, so they make at kinda arrangement.

I don't mean to make light of the man's grief, but that would make a humdinger of a country song, losing two women at once. [Insert Acts Pun Here]

Here is the chorus if somebody can write 2 verses:

The flood took Cindy and the flood took Ann,
Ima standin here a cryin cause I'm a broken man.
But when I quit drinkin an left the local bar,
I membered I had two more wives in the car.

I recall reading that a court allowed the 'Big Love' guy or one of those polygamy reality stars, to have more than one wife, not recognizing later wives as wives legally. Marrying two sisters is wickedness, the type of thing for which God drove Gentiles from the land of Canaan for, right in the same category with male homosexual sex.

JJ what you say is true. It will be challenged in court and I am sure there are several just waiting to give it a shot. And in reference to that, it will sure play havoc with the SS system or support...

That said, any loss of life is terrible and there are people suffering from the grief not even associated with the polygamy angle at all. Sad

Both are forbidden in Leviticus 18.
