 No sound on Samsung DVD Recorder VCR converter |

We've received great service from a Samsung DVD Recorder that converts old VCR tapes to DVD. We've done a ton of stuff on it.
However, when we tried to use it today, the picture was still there but no sound. We got new cables and tried every button there is on the remote.
Just wondered if anyone else had this problem and maybe a solution.

| Is the firmware up to date? Have you tried resetting the unit to factory? |
