This is brewed coffee only. Not espresso, lattes, or Frappiccinos.

With a ice cube or two. I hate to burn my tongue...lol.

Up until 2 yrs ago though, cream and sugar, then south beach, lost 30 lbs. Just never went back to the cream and sugar.

Dude, coffee is supposed to be robust and strong!
When I make coffee it is so strong that it does not need a cup.

I also use an ice cube or two. Fresh brewed coffee is chock full of more than just nuts; it also holds a lot of antioxidants that are good for your heart, but as it become oxygenated, it loses its health value. I usually drink my coffee within 15 minutes of brewing it.

It helps to have a single serving brewer at my office.

Here's what I do when I'm home: I grind my Starbucks beans (depends on which one the girls gave me) and brew my coffee. I put a shot of sugar-free vanilla, artificial sweetener and cream. I use a BIG mug and drink 2 of them in the AM. [Insert Acts Pun Here]
