Post What it means when we see the word "LORD" capatalized in the KJV doyle
In the KJV, when the word LORD is is written in all caps, it denotes that the original Hebrew text is (YHWH / Yahweh) or Jehovah.

"And the LORD God took the man and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and keep it." (Genesis 2:15 KJV) In other words, it was not a designated task. God did it Himself.

When we see "lord" written in all lower case in the KJV, it means "master," one who has authority over another. An example is Genesis 18:12 where Abraham is called Sarah's "lord."

Your input welcome.
