Post General Assembly 2016 BromptonFalls
Who will be elected to the Executive Committee?

Who will be the Assistant Youth Director?

There will also be some obvious changes in the World Missions Department. What are your thoughts?

Just take the names of those who never leave office, put them in a hat, shuffle them, and move them around on the chess board accordingly.

Post I'll play too. Brandon Bohannon
If I could, I'd extend tenure for Mark Williams. He has led with grace and integrity. I appreciate him calling the Church to rediscovering and reading the Word, to a return to prayer and for his personal, pastoral style in ministering to the pastors he leads through social media and other platforms. I feel like he is just really hitting his stride. I'd like to see where we could go with him if he had more time. *sigh Our system is what it is.

Moving on to 2016

GO - Tim Hill
1st - Raymond Culpepper
2nd - J David Stephens
3rd - M Thomas Propes
Sec Gen - John D. Childers

World Missions - David Griffis
Assistant World Missions - G Dennis McGuire

Youth Director - David Blair
Assistant Youth Director - Rob Bailey

Post JLarry
I will not vote for one single person in Cleveland.

I will not vote for anyone on Actscelerate.

I will not vote for one AB.

In fact I will not vote because I will not be there. Very Happy

Have not been to one since 2000 more than likely will not go again.

I will however pray for those who go, and I will pray that the right person be placed in the right areas of leadership.

Post The clean sweep may be best JimmieDavis
Especially when you start thinking about the recent financial mess. The reality is our men aren't going to sweep anything. They whine about status quo and then vote in the same guys. Nashville location could be a game changer. We will see Friendly Face

Post Taking off of Brandon's Projections ... MDBishop
GO - Tim Hill (Yes and will be first 8 year GO since Tomlinson)
1st - Raymond Culpepper (Happy to return to Committee)
2nd - J David Stephens (And YES he can serve same position as we changed tenure a few years ago)
3rd - M Thomas Propes (Rumblings of troubles --- but who knows?)
Sec Gen - John D. Childers (Would love this --- but most likely next WM Director)

My guess is Tom Madden will go on Committee.
Kevin Wallace - NO ... not yet, if ever
Bryan Cutshall - NO ... ship has sailed

World Missions - David Griffis (Most likely Asst. Director)
Assistant World Missions - G Dennis McGuire (Let's hope not!)

Youth Director - David Blair (Shoo INNNNNN!)
Assistant Youth Director - Rob Bailey (Good Choice)

And that is how I see it![/b]

Post The COG Apostle
It is always important to check out who the Camp Meeting speakers in the larger states. Also, Tennessee will be well represented since the Assembly is in Nashville. Keep that in mind when doing your predicting. The COG needs LEADERSHIP, not the latest, hottest preacher. Acts-celerater
