Eddie, I was just thinking yesterday about how much I'd like it if you stopped by for a bit. I'm starting to think I might be a prophet.

Good to see you, friend.

As for my question:

What is the correct way to cook a steak?

I have about 40 Starbucks City/Country mugs as a collection and about 25 others that I use. Have you seen any of them?

Hey Dave!

To me, there’s no better way than on the outdoor grill. I like a little pink but never rare.

I wake up each morning and don’t eat breakfast until 9 because I do intermittent fasting. After that, I usually run. I run 1,000 miles a year. When I get home, I take a hot bath. Then, I check social media and fix lunch. Then, back to social media for various reasons and one is to generate real estate business. I do lots of chores around the house since my wife is still working. I finish eating by 5. When the Braves are playing, I watch them or I may go up to Lee for a game. Lots of options in the evening. Before I go to bed, I watch Sanford and Son. Of course, all during the day, I’m talking with the Lord about everything I do.

I’m sure I left some things off.

I have always admired people who can run like you do. When I was in school, I was almost always the fastest kid on the team, just as long as it wasn’t long distance. After about 1/2 mile I always got too winded to go any further.

Like I said though, you guys that can run for miles just amaze me. I walk about three miles, six days a week, and that’s all I can do.

That is great! If everyone who is able would do what you’re doing, we would be more healthy. My 91 year old uncle still pastors his church and walks 2 miles every day. I have slowed down. I am 65 years old and I can feel it. I ran 4 miles today and that’s about what I do most days until I start training for my next Half marathon which is in Anchorage this August, Lord willing! It's always good to see you back, Eddie.

Are you still trying to save the internet world from hoaxes? Wink

That’s an impossible task. People see a meme that they agree with and share it regardless if it’s true.

I agree. It depends on the topic if I say anything. Annoying, though, huh?

What is your agenda when it comes to food? What's your normal food you try to stay away from?

So, Hot Baths? Huh....

First of all, I’m in maintenance and not trying to lose weight. So, it makes a little difference. For most of the time, I eat very little meat. Chicken or turkey mostly. I luaus eat oatmeal with chia seeds, honey and bananas for breakfast. I haven’t had a soda for at least 8 years. I enjoy a thin pizza about once a week. My snacks are Clif Bars and bananas with natural peanut butter and honey. I like a veggie burger too. I have found that intermittent fasting helps keep me in maintenance and is also very healthy to do. Lots of good benefits. Acts-pert Poster
