Did NBA/CBA bring us the virus? LINK

I posted this question in the body of discussion on a Facebook page (which did not get response), but let me do so here - I do wonder why we have not been looking at the connection between the NBA and CBA players (and teams) who were traveling back and forth to the US from China, in regards to spreading the virus. The NBA would not speak out about Hong Kong in Oct 2019, they have been critical of the US trade positions (because of the millions/billions they make from China) and now they way be getting a pass on being the agents of the virus:

There are flights from Wuhan to many other places in the world. The virus' track and spread can be analyzed through the virus' mutation history.

I'm open minded about pretty much any origin theory at this point. The Chinese government is IMO maybe the single most malevolent human entity on earth right now.
