Post WARNING--This will be an UNPOPULAR OPINION roughridercog
The churches who are making a big deal of having services are doing it for two reasons.
1. Grandstand play
2. Finances won't be the same if they simply broadcast

That's my opinion.

What is yours?

I don't know that that is an unpopular opinion, frankly. [Insert Acts Pun Here]

Well, being that RHBrowne dropped more than $100K to install a hospital grade filtration system to purify the air, I seriously doubt it was concerning finances one bit. I will take the man at his word that this is about his faith. Hon. Dr. in Acts-celeratology

Most of the pastors I know personally who are still holding services are in small churches with struggling finances. I don’t agree with their decision but I understand where they’re coming from.

But yes, I’m sure some are grandstanding. People with big egos and small integrity like to use things like this for personal platforms.

I always enjoy your insight and understanding, This is going to put the 'hurt' on many of God's people.

We plan to have a drive-in service on Easter. We are using all precautions possible, but refuse to be told we can’t worship while cannabis stores can be open for personal use.
