Who are 3 of the top leaders that are under 35 (or maybe even 40) in your state? are there some that aren't in your state, but that you know?
A few years back there was a push to Think Young. I'm wondering ware the young up and comers in the COG are?

Great list! and a great thing that you are so aware of these young leaders. I noticed most were in your state. Are you familiar with any outside of TX?

Yes. Your OP asked for young leaders in our/my state but yes, I am aware of some good Under35 leaders in other states.
Jonathan Phillips - Georgia
Trent Black - Louisiana
Davis James - Georgia
Chandler Sims - Georgia
Robin Madden - Tennessee
If I strain my middle-aged brain I'd probably come up with a few more.

Or they have been on his staff at a previous church. His supplemental list contained a Children’s pastor in a neighboring state who is from Texas.
