 How early do you rise habitually? |

My eyes pop open about 5:00 a.m. Every morning. I get up, hit the button on the coffee pot, and shower and get ready to greet the day. I think about turning in between 5 and 10 every evening.
Anyone an early riser like me?

5:30 every day.
This is what is crazy - no alarm clock - ever - and I wake up within 1 minute of 5:30 - often right at 5:30.

| 6 for me too. I usually go to bed around 9 but watch Sanford and Son for a while before falling asleep. I have done that for years. Weird, huh? |

8:30-9:30 I got up at 5-6 most of my life, I broke that habit. LOL but I do stay up until 1-2 in the AM! LOL
