Wow Dean. Just wow.
I think it's probably better that we stop here and agree to disagree. |

Just another 2 cents worth. I've watched over the years Pastors, Evangelist, (the whole 9 yards) Bishops just sit and watch the service during worship even during Camp meetings and revivals. And when they got up they went gangbusters, but they just didn't try to worship or encourage others when they were leading the congregation. That includes all the Pentecostal style churches & denominations and I also wondered about them.
My thought pattern is: If you are too lazy to worship with me during worship, I'm too lazy to push you during your sermon. (very seldom did I follow thru with that - most of the time I did encourage the preaching regardless). We don't mark them as unsaved. But I wished that they would just "pretend to worship" so it would encourage the congregation.
I just thought about some of them being scared the Holy Ghost was gonna take over and they wouldn't get to preach. lol.... Had to throw that in.
I'm definitely not talking about those that are physically unable to participate for one reason or the other. If the ministry can 'sit it out' without ridicule why can't the President?
I can't even recite the Apostle's creed. lol......I can't remember the last time I even read it. _________________ IT'S GOD'S TIME FOR SOUTH CAROLINA |
