A Virginia man who prosecutors say was seen on video slugging white supremacist Jason Kessler one day after last year's deadly rally in Charlottesville was slapped with a $1 fine on Tuesday.

Jeffrey Winder was convicted of misdemeanor assault and battery for a second time during an appeal trial and faced up to 12 months in jail and $2,500 in fines.

However, a jury in Charlottesville decided the $1 fine and no jail time was enough,

You mean I can walk up and hit a man giving a speech in front of cameras, and as long as his message is not main stream or it is mean, I'm okay. That isn't what the law is about is it? We do believe in free speech and protection for that.

The guy might have been a dirt bag (and in my opinion he is), the law has protected Black supremacists, racists of all stripes because we do believe in freedom of speech. The one dollar fine, by a jury, is laughing at that article, Freedom of speech me thinks.

I am NOT saying he didn't deserve it, I have heard a lot of politicians that 'deserved' it IMHO! Shocked Shocked

Chances are that the person who slugged him is just as much a racist and the jury was loaded with blacks and self-loathing whites. Remember, the official narrative is that "only whites can be racist". So what this jury did was based on racist, anti-white ideology. This is why there is no national outrage on the major networks over epidemic black-on-white crime in the country. To them it does not constitute racism.
