How indispensable are you and your family to your church? |

This is addressed mainly to pastors.
How many key positions at your church will be left vacant if you leave or retire? Music? Teaching? Visitation? Maintenance?

That is a very good point. Of course there are the times he has no choice because of lack of qualified folk... In that case training would help and it definitely should be considered... _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
