I can't believe how negative you people are! After the best GA I've ever seen, all that's said here is how awful the church is.
The Holy Ghost was present in every service I saw, the Word was preached with power and anointing! I'm sorry about the one y'all saw.

It was a very good Assembly. Dr. Hill did a great job moderating the Assembly. He did an excellent job speaking the opening day. We attended every night except tonight. Just was tired. God used Floyd Lawhon in a mighty way. The Spirit of the Lord was in the house. |

No offense intended, but here’s hoping our new AB Tim Brown(do not know a thing about him) will have the fortitude to do some much needed house cleaning at the state office.
Being only recently(two years)returned to the cog from the ag,I long ago lost track of who’s who, but I do recognize a few names from many years back on the list.

As soon as he called up, Floyd Lahon, I knew what was going to happen. Saw him do that 35 years ago at the same campmeeting where he laid hands on me, and God healed me. I was pregnant with my daughter, had been experiencing bleeding because the placenta was in the wrong place. After that prayer, the placenta moved back to the right place "on its own." Totally healed by the power of God!
I loved seeing God use him that way again!

| I have no doubt that the services were good and I know that there are some good men in the COG but the system is corrupt. Our God is good and he is so merciful but no one can convince me that there is enough work to keep all of these appointees busy. |

Sis. Carolyn, do you have a link or know where Keith Ivester went. I know he was in Fl also a few others that had to step down because of tenure. I couldn't find it on the main website. |

No clue. It's listed under "Division of World Evangelization" where USA Missions and Ministry to the Military are.
