Ten Reasons You Don't Need an Earned Doctorate
1. You can learn everything you need to know by watching videos on YouTube.
2. TBN has plenty of good teachers.
3. Why pay for education when I can get free apps on my cell phone?
4. I have no need to be taught of any man.
5. I don’t need a piece of paper to tell me how smart I am.
6. If I ever have a question, I can just google it.
7. Those professors were taught wrong, and they just repeat the same errors.
8. I don’t feel the glory spout when I am in class, and I never get a word from anybody.
9. Why waste all that time reading books, when you can listen to Hillsong music?
10. An honorary doctorate is easier to get - and you can still call yourself Doctor. |

I like it, Pastor Nations. Cute little snippets as to why a feller don't need a earned doctorate. And in all honesty, most don't need an earned doctorate. But, ifn a feller pursues an earned doctorate (either because his ministry requires one, say for teaching; or maybe God has given him a dose of academic prowess and he enjoys academics and it has enhanced him as a person while facilitating his ministry), MAKE NO MISTAKE, to be legitimate, the doctorate must be earned at an institution that is accredited by a USDOE recognized accrediting body (or its foreign equivalent). Anything less holds no academic utility/value and in many cases is perpetrating a fraud. |

Hey, a feller don't need a honery docterate to call hisself "Dr." Just call that which ain't as though it is. Speak at docterate into existence. Name it, Claim it, then Frame it...……………. |
