Your brothers and sisters in China are entering a significant era of persecution. Perhaps you have read about the Social Credit System -- this will allow the Chinese authorities to use mortgages, jobs, financial resources, and even access to public transit as a means to pressure Christians to deny Christ. Those who refuse to do so will be basically barred from society.

Your brothers and sisters need your prayer for grace and strength to endure this. I would like to ask you to comment on this thread if you are willing to put a note on your prayer list and commit to pray regularly for Christians in China.

Thanks for mentioning this. I got close contract to work in China for three years, I think. I'd still have had a year left if I had. I heard and read about a crackdown on the campus I was considering to try to get them to comply with state ideology. The current president of China seems to be more into promoting state ideology and conformance with party standards.
