Post How Trump Should Handle Mueller... Aaron Scott
To fire Mueller outright, will create all sorts of Trump issues. But this constant cloud hanging over the Trump Administration has got to go. So...here's what to do:

Trump announces that on, say, May 1st, he will relieve Mueller. This is not a firing, per se, but simply a refusal to allow this search to go on and on and on. It has to end somewhere. And if they don't have the goods by that time, after MONTHS of searching, then it's time to wrap it up. If they do have something, then let the indictments come.

But after that date, nothing. In fact, as far as I'm concerned Trump should pardon himself and anyone else associated with it, UNLESS it can be shown to be actually treasonous. And so far, it's not been remotely that.

I would not be surprised to see something like this happen.

There have been a few indictments but none that warrant much attention.
Apparently the only way they catch the big fish is they start with the minnows & work their way up, but even then there are def signs of impending doom for the shot callers, lol.
This has been a witch hunt from day one & if anybody should be ousted I would say cut Rod Rosenstein.
He's nearly become a career politician without even being elected.
He claims to be a republican because he joined the DOJ under W. Bush but that doesn't make him a conservative. In fact I think he despises Mr. Trump.

I think your suggestion is better than mine. Today I told my wife, I think
Trump might fire Mueller. I have never seen a man who did not mind controversy as much as Trump and keep on working as if there are no problems.

I thought the call to Putin was the thing to do. I about cracked up when folks came out of the wood work saying he should have chastened Putin for poisoning the spy in England. instead of congratulating him.

I am so disappointed in McCain. He did not say a word that I remember when Obama called Putin and congratulated him. Or when he said on the open mike to a rep, "Tell PUtin I will be more flexable after the election, etc."

But I think your point on a termination point is good. Mueller is in fact costing the gov'e millions with nothing really to show for it. SEND that idea to the whitehouse. Cool
