Post A sobering Resurrection Sunday thought Preacher777
I pray everybody has a great day celebration the resurrection of Christ with our church/natural families. Amidst the worship and eating let us remember the many Christian Brothers and sisters who are suffering and separated from their families. I always encourage our church to take a couple minutes of prayer for them during these great celebrations.

We have so much to be thankful for here in America. My wife and I both saw many fine Christians from third world countries working as maids, menial contraction jobs etc. Some go several years without seeing their children, spouses and parents as they send money home to support all of them.

Some are afraid to attend services for fear of being put to death. We have so Americanized Christianity that we can’t see it. Friendly Face

We do have so much to be thankful for here in the USA. And yes, The sacrifices of men and women who will work for goal of bringing the family under the flag of ghe USA is commendable. If you have been in the armed forces of the USA and spent a year 'unaccompanied' you understand the loneliness of those months. But you also know the rewards. So do many of the folks I know who are anxiously waiting for a family to be approved to enter the USA. YES they do deserve and need our prayers they want better for their families.
Cool
