There are places you can go to set up a free app. I think an acts app would be nice to have.

It may be easier to read than the tiny little print. 
Plus an app is easier to use than the Internet browser in my opinion.

You can change the font size on your phone to make it more accessible, it should be in the settings area.
There are certainly ways to make an app available for free once it has been developed, but developing an app that integrated with Acts and provided the same functionality would probably take a hundred hours or more of labor. It just doesn't make sense when the website is already accessible via a device's web browser. |

I used to use one called Forum Fiend that could pull in the Acts url... It was ok, but not much different than using a browser, because Acts is really more setup for a computer.
