The notes would probably be an interesting read. Although, you can buy a high-end study Bible for that price. Shocked

My favorite study Bible is still the original NIV Study Bible from the first (1984) NIV translation. I stopped using the NIV after they updated the translation.

What happened, Pastor W? Did the NIV lose its anointin after the update? Did the New International Version become the New Iniquitous Version? Laughing

I like the 2011 update and use it all the time. Course, I use a bunch a versions.

But, back to the volume at hand. This Stone Study Bible is gonna give ole Dake a run fer the money.

No. It just changed, and I didn't like it as well. So I found a couple of others that I liked better, namely the NLT and ESV.
