Yes.

I do not agree with Shaun's teachings but I would never post such a photo.

Did ya sense anything odd/strange/weird/unusual in the cottage? Any strange sounds at night? Did you itch anywhere after ya left (serpent seeds)?

“For we who have believed enter that rest, just as He has said, "AS I SWORE IN MY WRATH, THEY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST," although His works were finished from the foundation of the world. For He has said somewhere concerning the seventh day: "AND GOD RESTED ON THE SEVENTH DAY FROM ALL HIS WORKS "; and again in this passage, "THEY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST."”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:3-5‬

The Sabbath simply pictured Jesus. He fulfilled it. When we believe, we enter His rest.

Faith doesn't come by hearing rules about Sabbath-keeping - the Law is not of faith. Faith comes by hearing the word of Christ.

“Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day- things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:16-17‬

Could he be a false brother?

I pray he's not, but can you be a false-prophet and a true-brother?

One thing I noticed on his latest website that gives me a glimmer of hope for Vaughn is the fact that he has apparently discarded the Calvinism he formerly had held, which itself was intricately woven together with his Serpent-seed Branhamite views. [Insert Acts Pun Here]

Post What do you have to believe in to be saved? caseyleejones
If one embraces calvinism, is he a heretic? Are baptist brothers on their way to hell because they believe in OSAS.....

Do you have to NOT believe in something to be saved? If, so, what are things one should NOT believe in to be saved? Can we get a list?

Not sure why you would ask such questions, casey. I simply said I had a glimmer of hope for Vaughn because he had apparently discarded his former Calvinism as well as his Serpent-seed Branhamism. That is a good thing, in my view, showing he is not absolutely set in his doctrinal views, and is open to correcting his views in light of Scripture. When he was on this board trumpeting the Serpent seed/Calvinist/Branhamite views, he showed neither inclination nor openness to other views at all.

Of course, in the eyes of a Calvinist or a OSAS believer, such a change would not be a good thing.

In my view, one can be a Calvinist or OSAS believer and at the same time be truly saved, in spite of and not because of their theology.

The ole timer didn't post the photo, but it shore looked a heap like the whole serpent-seed debacle.
