Shucks, it might have happened anyway..................... But I don't believe it for a moment. It is wonderful when a testimony is obvious and the result is more obvious.
God is Good!
Nice post, positive is good! _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

I know Duane. So cool!
We used to have our credentials in the same district when I was in the A/G's & so was he.
Duane had an awesome opportunity to minister to a Baptist church in Texas & they loved his teaching so much they offered him a full-time position.
His Sunday school class was bigger than 95% of the churches in America at the time this happened which was about 25 or so years ago.
I still have the cassette tape of when Duane was teaching that Sunday morning & the wonderful awesome presence of God filled the auditorium & his voice began to crackle & change & suddenly he had his voice back.
One of the coolest things was even though he lost his voice & his whisper was so hard to listen to, his class never lost interest & in fact it grew larger while he was suffering.
I remember the questions a lot of guys on the district had at the time about one of our own being offered a f/t position at a Baptist church.
Nowadays we celebrate it.
Praise God for Duane's testimony & ministry. _________________ "Empty nest syndrome is for the birds!"

Dr. James Dobson (yep, a real Dr.) had this feller on his program a few weeks ago, it was a very emotionally moving program that day. Praise God for what he has done. |

WOW, This is good. It is so 'sweet' to have someone who knew the person with a testimony like that. I think I also understand how a good teacher could 'draw' a crowd.
Thanks for the comment, Dean, makes me feel good 3000 miles away! _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
