I think that is a good thing. The leaders of the state should know the talents and resources they have. Good for KY

In NC for years the YD came from local sources. We had Paul Collins, Bill Sheeks, Aaron Phillips that were local. Also Archie Luke and Robert Hart. That was a long time ago however.
They sure clicked with the pastors as I remember, good guys. It should work for the Blue Grass state. Cool

No way SC goes with an in state director. They're too churchy down there! Also there's no one in SC qualified to be the youth director and follow Rob Bailey. Bailey is the best of the best. No one without YD experience is qualified to take a state the size of SC. Rob's elected Asst YD and Rob Taylor from ENC goes to SC. The EX committee will make sure they don't lose SC. They'll send in the big guns to make sure of that! SC follows the committee's lead and falls for their scare tactics. All will be normal in SC. Friendly Face

You have become increasingly out of touch over the years. SC will go with their own instate director. The have several as qualified as RB and one in particular who is a beloved son in the state. SC won't be the last state either. This will be healthy for the state and the entire cog. Exciting. Friendly Face

It's gonna be tough to belt jerk those skinny jeans. Bet Momma is going to have to be restrained from jumping up on the platform and tucking in that sloppy looking shirt tail. Laughing
