Post Thank you Lord! Cojak
To tell the truth I seldom have problems and am blessed beyond my wildest dreams I had when growing up. I seldom ask the Lord for much, because He has given me so much already.

Months ago Bro Aaron asked me to do a kids program, I prepared the program but could not breath well. Before my small part in the service, Bro A took prayer requests. In my heart I asked the Lord for help and lifted my hand. When he turned the service to me I was breathing normal, and the kids and I had a great time.

Last Friday my son drove in from Florida. He is working his way back from some terrible decisions. He moved to Florida and has bought fixer uppers and sold them. He now has two more up for sale but is broke. He listed one and had a contract the same day it was listed. Fri afternoon he heard from the Title search. The research showed he bought the house with a hidden $75 a day fine from the city. The last title search had missed it because it was filed the afternoon of the closing and could not have been detected. He had owned it 50 days at $75 a day the research man said in the e-mail.

Just after the e-mail, the title folk closed for the 4th.

Sunday morning when the Associate pastor asked for requests, I had one I had been praying about. I lifted my hand to signify I had a need. 'I cannot fix this for my son Lord, he needs help.

An answer our e-mail came in Tues. Morn, Yes and the figure was climbing daily. With legal fees and fines are approaching $10K.

Then son made a call to the Code enforcement folk. YOur total is $3235. You only owe the fines for 40 days that came with the land. YOU have been in compliance........................................ The search folk were wrong................ or were they?

That may not seem like an answer to prayer, but I consider it so and thank God. Our son is really working to reclaim his family, He is not well yet but life is so different and I hated to see him take a bad hit. The blessing is the fine does not continue and hopefully will not stop the closing.

Thank you Jesus!

PS: If you are tempted to bid over the internet, Son bought this one thru HUBZU, be very wary.

Praise God! Praying for your son Cojak! My kids have made a mess of things over the years but they have a strong moral compass. Sounds like your son has the same. I'm sure you and your wife are the basis for that. Acts Enthusiast

Thanks Truman, the wife says hello and love to you and the beautiful wife. Thanks you for your prayers. God has been so good to us, I feel ashamed to complain.

Love you brother.

My friend I feel privileged for your prayers. Son Jack is out of the woods and doing well in business and with the Lord. He is taking a month off to visit a son & grand daughter in UTAH.

Son Mark not so well, terrible decisions, sickening story, BUT today he asked for prayer when he stopped by for mama's cooking. We are in Florida ourselves shopping for a home (winter). Also to be near in case he needs us at the last minute for closing.

It was a joy to see your comment. Thank you so very much for continued prayers. God is good! Cool

Jack that is a wonderful testimony.

As some of you know I was out of work for about a month due to the closing of the business and the arrest to the owner where I worked.

God a new job, worked 4 days then the heart attack and surgery.

Tuesday we headed to a Dr. appointment stopped by the mail box. A letter addressed to my wife was there. She was driving so she asked me to open it. There was a check for 1000.00 totally unexpected and unearned. All I could do was weep. She said let me see that so I can cry.

Yesterday my son who is disable (RA) got a call. A man wanted him to drive a semi dump truck. Son said I am concerned that I may not be able to do the clutch. (he had a hip replaced) Man said, no problem this truck is an automatic. Today he went to work. First time since 2009. Don't tell me God does not take care of his children.
