 SCOTUS affirms discrimination against whites (L) |

Please read the following statement carefully concerning Justice Anthony Kennedy's majority brief in yesterday's SCOTUS decision about affirmative action....

Interpretation....
| Quote: | | "There are times when it is fine to rob white people, based on their race, of their constitutional rights of equal protection" |
Let that sink in for a minute. Can you imagine anyone with this view of Constitutional interpretation ever being licensed to practice law, much less serve on the highest court in the land?
Unless the Federal Courts are dismantled, this will continue. Congress has the authority per the Constitution to define the limits of jurisdiction of the Federal Courts. Mike Huckabee was the only candidate to even mention this in one of the debates.

The ruling says that as long as "diversity" is the motive, there are times it is fine to violate someone's equal protection under the law based on their race.

Can this slug be impeached ?
If he is setting a president then why cant we give admission white women and eliminate the admission of some blacks based on admitting to many white women.
Wonder who would bark then. |

Then if your interpretation is right, and Hillary gets in, WE GONNA have a RASH of these great decisions with a few more Liberal Judges appointed in her 4 and very possibly 8 years in office. The next president will very possibly appoint up to 3+ justices.
(ANYONE BUT HILLARY!)

The judges should also be impeached and disbarred. .
