 Cruise vs Assembly |

| July is fast approaching and I am having a difficult time deciding between taking a cruise or going to the assembly. If I decide to skip the assembly I could possibly feel guilty for the next 4 years. On the other hand, I can take a really nice cruise for the same amount of money I would spend at the assembly. Maybe i could just pray for ya'll and hope my one vote wouldn't make a difference. Can you please advise? |

I guess it all depends on whether ya church is gonna give ya the money to go to the Assembly, or you gonna pay fer it yaself.
Ifn the church gives ya the money for Assembly an ya take it an go on a cruise, they is a skunk an a scoundrel in the midst.
Ifn you gonna pay ya own way to the Assembly but choose to take a cruise instead, hey, ats tween you an the good Lord.
Ifn you pay ya own way on the cruise but tell ya church ya goin to the Assembly, somebody is fibbin, an they aint no fibbers in heaven.

Never thought of that ...
I wish you were part of the COG in Illinois where a few things happen that caused a major split. I'm positive that you could have stopped that at the beginning. |
