| Yep, ole Zippy is a fine example of all the preachers over the years who never got their name in neon, never got accolades from peers, was never appreciated fer what they done, BUT WHO STAYED IN THE RACE AN REMAINED FAITHFUL. Some a them fellers might just git a bigger reward than the neonites. |

The owner's justification of his 'loser':
The Post quoted Monserrate, who died last year at age 72, as saying: 'Say you have three children.
'One is a lawyer, doing well. The other a doctor, very, very successful.
'But the third one, not so smart, so he’s working at McDonald's.
'What do you do, ignore him?
'That's the one you gotta help. That's Zippy Chippy!'
