Justice Obama? With the death of Scalia, will |
caseyleejones |
they truly wait 11 months for a replacement?
You now have a 4-4 court. There will be no overturning anything Obama does this point on....... |

Maybe not. But it would be an absolute certainty if an appointment of Obama's was on the court. I had rather they slide through it if possible than to live for years with some Sharia favoring Muslim anti-American on the US Supreme Court.

Scalia was assassinated. The Senate to needs to block any confirmations, period. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

WOW, the loss of Scalia is a shock.. He is not one of the ones expected to be replaced by the next president.
But at 78, life is always shaky. He seemed to be a little over weight and that would not help.
WE who are in our upper 70's know this is much more likely than when we were 58!
I do mourn the loss to his family and to the country.
Hillary had just said she would definitely consider appointing Obama, but Thre will be someone appointed before then, and of course the appointee will be one liberal dude! _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

I'm hoping for this scenario. Hillary promises Obama the seat on the Supreme Court if he holds off appointing a judge. The Republicans win the election and appoint a decent judge who actually takes his job of interpreting the constitution seriously. _________________ Link |

I got a better one for you. There is this guy who is going to issue a mark and take over the world someday. Who could believe something so silly?
Amazing how we have no problem believing Putin uses political assassination but if one suggest it happens here he gets laughed at by Christians who believe the Anti-Christ is coming. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Hillary has already stated that she would nominate Obama for the seat on the SCOTUS. |

yeah, and since the GOP nomination process is being hijacked by liberal non-voters this year to give us an unelectable candidate, I'd just as soon Obama nominate a somewhat-moderate judge. If not, Hillary will elect whomever she will anyway. There will be no Republican president next year if Trump wins SC after trashing every Republican they've supported for the last 20 years. |

Your comment makes no sense. Shouldn't South Carolina GOP voters reject Trump for trashing the candidates they have supported for 20 years? Or are South Carolina voters agreeing with Trump that the GOP candidates they have supported for the past 20 years have been worthless tools of the NWO? McCain...loser. Romney...loser. Bush....traitor. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Bush a traitor? That's priceless! Bush has a lot of issues that I think keep him out of the top-tier of conservatism, mostly those are big-government, tax-and-spend and collectivism through education. To say he is a traitor is the same thing you read from leftist loonies on the comments section of the NYDN, its a complete lie. |

He refused to lead a Constitutional revolution. He grew the Federal Government, bowed at the altar of political correctness, served the NWO, and did NOT preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. He is indeed a traitor. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

And you sir, like so many other un-discerning Christians, obviously do not understand the Constitution and how Bush, like most of the GOP Congress, is a traitor for betraying the base who put him in power for specific reasons. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

I will assume then that you feel the GOP establishment has done nothing to deserve the anger, hostility and accusations of betrayal coming from the vast majority of the base, and that you are an establishment supporting hack. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

To speak of such treason toward President Bush is an embarrassment to your stance as a believer. A total disrespect and disregard for the man and the office. Your impertinence and impoliteness to the man qualifies my definition of you.
And I apologize for hijacking this thread... I'll digress now |
