Your thought on being VEXED? |
Aaron Scott |
Paul spoke of being pressed out of measure. That sounds like being vexed to a large degree.
Samson was vexed by Delilah's continual entreaties.
Lot was vexed with the behavior of Sodom.
Now, let's assume that these three men came to you for advice. You do not know the particulars.
What markers would alert you that Paul was doing the RIGHT thing (assuming he was), but the devil was fighting him...while Samson and Lot were doing the WRONG thing?
It may just be a matter of SPIRITUAL discernment, but I wonder if there are other traits/attributes that might inform us of the right path?
I have wondered if some ministers might find themselves vexed because they are IN the right place...and some because they are OUT of the right place.

Several things have vexed me. The ministry did, the vexation was so bad I QUIT. It is terrible to be in a situation where you know you DO NOT FIT, and have no one you feel understands the situation, so you give up.
Good subject, but most folks VEXED are afraid to admit it, I know. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
