Have you ever submitted an item to the Executive Council that was turned down?

Possibly something you submitted was accepted and ultimately showed up on the Agenda. Willing to share?

Yes, I made several minor requests in a similar vein.

All were added to the IGC agenda except one.

While I disagreed with the decision to leave it off, I greatly appreciated the IEC answering by letter and offering the rationale for its exclusion—time and energy that went above and beyond, in my opinion.

I submitted the excluded request through the Motions Committee at the same IGA, and it passed both the IGC and the IGA on voice votes with no debate and little opposition.
