Post Stolen valor Cojak
A California court ruled that wearing military medals and saying you earned them is not against the law. It is classed as free speech.

Now what gets me is the statement:
"Lies are speech nonetheless," Weatherby said. "We, as a society, don't value one spoken word over another, and that's what the First Amendment is all about."

So a man who says he is a minister to gain access to a hospital for what ever purpose, is not breaking the law?

Isn't Perjury against the law? Isn't that placing more value of some words? To tell the truth It just confuses the fire out of me. Shocked
