Post Ole Timer, I see you have a new avatar bonnie knox
You look like you might be burning the midnight oil doing computer research into unaccredited institutions. I hope you will get a break over Thanksgiving, take a little time off, eat, go hunting, or just lounge around visiting relatives.
I'd love to know what's on the menu for the families in the hollers of Pikeville (and don't feed me a line about possum chitlins).

(Totally off topic, but it's a sad day in this world; my spell check didn't recognize the word chitlins. It suggested maybe I was looking for the word chitin, which is "a fibrous substance consisting of polysaccharides and forming the major constituent in the exoskeleton of arthropods and the cell walls of fungi." Mercy!)

Miss Bonnie, it takes a heap a time to do all at research, but hey, somebodys gotta do it an all. Why, truth an ethics would slip right on by a heap a preacher boys if somebody didn't set the record straight. Cool

Don't do much huntin no more, ma ole blue tick hound (his name is Credit, short for accreditation), won't git up off the porch much no more. The ole lazy feller just wants to sleep all the time. Me an momma is gonna visit a few relatives in West Virginia, hey, they all kin over there.

The Thanksgivin menu here in Pikeville? Hey, momma is already workin on the meal. We gonna have--of course--a buttery basted bird (a 22 pounder this year), green beans, corn, tater salad, collard greens, sweet tater cass-a-role, lemon marrang pie, coffee, an plenty a sweet tea. Hey, the ole timer got foundered on em possum chitlins after bout 20 straight Thanksgivins eatin em thangs.

An em polysaccharide exoskeleton arthropod fungi things, hey, you shore you didn't Google "Crawlin Tumor?" Very Happy

Wow! You might be related to my preacher and his wife. They're from W.V.
Love that your hound dog is named Credit. (I guess you've overextended your Credit, lol.)
The meal sounds great!
